If something is not right.
We make food with care, and we stand behind every jar that leaves the facility. If anything about your order disappoints you, message us and we will make it right.

The simple promise
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund, replace, or credit your account — whichever you prefer.

If a jar arrives broken
Glass is glass, and rough handling happens. Snap a photo of the broken jar (still in the box, ideally) and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no charge — no need to send the broken jar back.

If the sauce is not for you
Taste is personal. If a sauce just is not what you hoped, let us know within 30 days and we will refund the jar in full — even if it is half-empty. We would rather you spend that money on a sauce you love.

Unopened jars
If you change your mind on an unopened jar, send it back within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and we will refund the full purchase price. Return shipping is on you unless the order was our mistake, in which case we cover it.
